Long Island City Workshop

Recycle-A-Bicycle has now expanded to Long Island City. The Long Island City location is not a retail shop, but will be used for building bikes to distribute to our shops, teaching repair classes, and storing bikes. Long Island City is our host shop for Ride Clubs and school programs. Call us to find out our hours at the new location.

Our workshop is located at the corner of 5th Street and 46th Avenue in Queens.

Long Island City will also be home to Bike New York's Savvy Cyclist. If you could use some help getting comfortable with city riding, see Bike New York to find out when this class will be offered next. Bike New York Savvy Cyclist!

We accept bike donations in Long Island City (and if you're renting a truck to bring us a basement load, we'd actually prefer you come to Long Island City--there is more space for you to park and plenty of room for us to sort through and store the bikes).
